Vegetables Omelette
To begin with, take a pan and melt some butter into it, put some onion and bell pepper into the pan and cook until they turn golden brown. Now, transfer the vegetables to a bowl, sprinkle some salt and pepper and keep them aside. Now beat two eggs together and cook them in a pan for about a minute. Once the omelette is cooked, sprinkle some cheese and then spoon the vegetable mixture into the omelette. Cook from both sides until the cheese begins to melt and serve hot with sauce.

Apple And Butter Toast

Apple and butter toast is another easy breakfast recipe that can be prepared within minutes. Take bread and toast it in a toaster. Spread butter on the bread slices and keep them aside. Now take an apple, cut it into equal-sized slices and put it between the buttered bread slices. You can also replace butter with peanut butter and make your recipe even more delicious and healthy.
Oatmeal
Oatmeal is one of the best breakfast alternatives since it is heart-healthy and promotes overall health and well-being. Gluten-free whole grains are a great source of vitamins, minerals, protein, fibre, and antioxidants. It alleviates symptoms of GERD by absorbing stomach acid and keeps your digestive system healthy.
Avocado Toast
Take garlic bread or French bread and cut it into thick slices. Heat a skillet over medium flame and put sliced bread into it. Roast the bread from both sides and on the other side, prepare the avocado filling. For avocado filling, take a ripe avocado, remove its seed and scoop the flesh using a spoon.

Now, finely chop the avocado and mash the pulp in a bowl. After that, take some finely chopped garlic, dried oregano, black pepper and lemon juice and mix well. Now, take the bread slices and spread the avocado filling over it and enjoy.
