TEA is one of the most popular beverages in the world, particularly in India. People don't look at their watches when sipping tea. While there are numerous advantages to drinking this popular beverage, it may also have negative effects on the body.

You should be aware that drinking tea on an empty stomach, especially in the morning, might raise your acidity and cause digestive discomfort. This occurs because the amount of caffine in it stimulates the creation of stomach acid, which can cause irritation and inflammation.
