1. Mint Chutney
Pudina or mint chutney is an extremely healthy chutney that you can savour with various recipes. It is made with fresh mint leaves, green chillies, garlic and cumin. The fibre present in pudina leaves works effectively to reduce high cholesterol levels.

2. Fenugreek Chutney

3. Spinach Chutney

You just require chana dal, urad dal, fresh coconut, tamarind paste and curry leaves to prepare this chutney. These small leaves are a great source of vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C, vitamin B2, calcium, and iron that promote overall health. The caramative properties of curry leaves help in lowering cholesterol levels.

5. Mint-Coriander Chutney
