Seeds For Regulating Hormones: Hormones are chemical substances produced by the body that communicate with the organs, muscles, skin, and tissues through the blood to regulate different bodily activities. Among other things, our hormones regulate our moods, reproduction, sleep-wake cycle, metabolism, and internal balance. A hormonal imbalance, according to the Cleveland Clinic, results from having too much or too little of one or more hormones. It's a general phrase that can refer to a wide range of hormone-related disorders. Here are some healthy seeds that you can incorporate into your daily diet to regulate hormones and promote overall health.
Seeds For Regulating Hormones
Flax Seeds
They are high in fibre and omega-3 fatty acids, which support increased ovulation and the generation of oestrogen. To reap the health advantages of these beneficial seeds, mix one tablespoon of ground or roasted flax seeds with curd, salad, smoothie, water, or buttermilk.
Pumpkin Seeds
Hormone balance can also be regulated using pumpkin seeds. They include high amounts of magnesium, zinc, and omega-3 fatty acids, which may help balance progesterone and oestrogen levels. Pumpkin seeds can be eaten with fruits or added to salads, smoothies, and other dishes.

Sunflower Seeds
Sunflower seeds are also a great seed to help people with anaemia fight iron deficiency. Sunflower seeds can be eaten by soaking them with fruits and incorporating them into curd or smoothies.
