All you need to do is take some besan and add some chilies, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, all the spices, salt, coriander, and chopped green chilies. Now mix all of them together and make a thick paste of it, then take a pan and heat it for 10 minutes, add some oil to it, and then pour the mixture that you made on it, cook it for 15 minutes, and serve it with your favourite chutney.

Sprouts Salad

The protein-packed sprout salad needs just 15 minutes to get ready. Take some 2-3 sprouted lentils and boiled broccoli, and then add some chopped green chilies, cucumber, onion, and tomatoes to it and mix all of them together. Then add some salt and spices as per your taste, and at last, pour some lemon juice into it and serve it.
