Numerous facial workouts and yoga postures are made expressly to tone the muscles of the face, giving it a more sculpted and youthful appearance. Chin Lift
Find a place to sit or stand that is comfortable. In order to make it appear as though you are trying to kiss the ceiling, tilt your head upward and let your eyes follow suit. Next, tighten your lips and slide them slightly forward.
Hold onto the position for a few seconds before relaxing.
Neck Massage
Put your fingers at the top of your neck, tilt your head back slightly, then softly push down and glide your fingertips down to your collarbone.
For a little while, keep your fingers on your collarbone. Continue doing this for 20 to 30 seconds.
Chakrasana
Put your palms on the ground directly next to your shoulders to help lift your body up and create an arch with your back. Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet spaced around hip-width apart.
Let your head gradually droop down. After holding this position for a short while, slowly lower your body back down.

Ushtrasana
Put your hands on your hips while you kneel on a yoga mat, keeping your knees about hip-width apart. Lean slowly back until your palms meet your feet while maintaining a straight back.
After maintaining this position for a short while, gradually stand back up.

Jivha Bandha
Find a comfortable space, adopt the lotus position, or simply cross your legs while sitting, then softly rest your hands on your lap. After that, try to keep your tongue's tip on your mouth's roof and do it until you feel like stretching your neck. After that, slowly and softly press your tongue against the wall. Remember to breathe in and out through your nose as you do this.
