2. Cottage Cheese
Cottage cheese is an incredible source of protein. It is a nutritious source of protein, with nearly 12 grams in a half-cup. WebMD states that cottage cheese is an excellent source of calcium, which plays an important role in maintaining bone health. It is also a rich source of selenium, which is a type of mineral that plays a role in how your thyroid works.
