Reconnect With Nature
Go for walks and connect with nature. Sit in the parks and let your body absorb some sunlight. Escape your hectic life, spend time in nature and seek peace. You will observe that your body becomes more relaxed and healthy as you spend more time in nature.
Explore Your Hobbies
When on a digital detox, you tend to do something, so why not practise your hobbies? Take up one of your hobbies such as drawing, painting, singing, dancing or playing an instrument and practise it with your heart every day.

Mindfulness
Mindfulness is a meditation in which you focus on being aware of your senses, and your feelings, without any judgement. According to the Mayo Clinic, practising mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.
Exercise
Being physically active is extremely important for overall health and well-being. Practise yoga and exercises during your digital detox to stay healthy and busy.
