Signs Of Unhealthy Gut: A healthy gut is usually described as the absence of gastrointestinal symptoms such as abdominal pain, inflammatory bowel diseases, intestinal permeability and many others. Gut health is known as the foundation of a healthy body and overall well-being. Poor gut health can impair several functions of the body and make you experience consistent fatigue, constipation and other inconveniences. Here are some common signs of an unhealthy gut that you should be aware of and should not avoid.
Signs Of Unhealthy Gut
Upset Stomach
Indications of a sick stomach include bloating, gas, diarrhoea, heartburn, and constipation. All of these issues suggest that your stomach may be experiencing trouble breaking down meals and getting rid of trash.
Food Intolerances
A condition known as food intolerance occurs when a person's stomach becomes sensitive to some foods and foodstuffs and is unable to handle them. When you eat these kinds of meals, your body could react with uncomfortable symptoms including gas, pain in the abdomen, or diarrhoea.

The body's capacity to break down food, absorb nutrients, control blood sugar, store fat, and other processes can all be negatively impacted by an unhealthy gut. In addition to dietary and exercise modifications, weight gain or loss can be a major indicator of gastrointestinal distress.
Skin Problems
An unhealthy stomach can impact our skin health in addition to our mental and bodily well-being. Unhealthy gut health can have a direct impact on the skin, leading to a variety of issues such as skin irritation, breakouts, inflammation, sensitivity, and signs of ageing.
Sleep Disturbances
Chronic fatigue may be caused by sleep disturbances or short sleep periods due to an imbalance in gut flora. This is because the gut produces a large amount of serotonin, which has an impact on a person's mood and ability to sleep.
