Breakfast Wraps That Can Be Made In Minutes

Broccoli Egg Wrap

Many people are not a fan of broccoli. However, you will never miss it, if served as a broccoli egg wrap. All you need to do is blend a bowl of broccoli with four eggs and a pinch of salt until smooth. Pour a spoonful of this mixture onto a heated non-stick pan and spread it evenly. Cook on both sides. Fill this green wrap with cheese, avocado or grilled chicken to kickstart your morning on a healthy note.

Classic Veg Wrap

This is simple veg wrap and is easy-to-make. Chop capsicum, onions, carrots and bell peppers the night before and store them in an airtight container. In the morning, saute them with spices and a spoonful of Schezwan sauce. Wrap them in a whole wheat roti or tortilla for a healthy breakfast.

Paneer Thecha Wrap

This wrap is loved for its bold flavours. The soft paneer cubes are coated with spicy Maharashtrian thecha, which is a green chilli-garlic chutney. To make thecha, roast green chillies, garlic and peanuts with oil, then grind them into a coarse paste. Coat the paneer cubes in thecha and cook in a pan. For creamy contrast, mix hung curd with chilli oil and honey to make a dip. Spread this on a whole wheat roti and add the paneer thecha and roll it up.

Beetroot Wrap

The beetroot wrap adds colour to your breakfast meal. Make this by blending boiled beetroot with chickpea flour and salt to make a smooth batter. Cook it on a pan like a thin dosa. Once made, fill it up with scrambled paneer, hummus or crunchy veggies and a vibrant and healthy touch.

Chicken Salad Wrap

This wrap is protein-rich and is made by shredding boiled chicken and mixing it with Greek yoghurt, black pepper, salt, and a handful of chopped veggies like lettuce, cucumber and bell peppers. Spread the mixture on a tortilla and roll it up to enjoy a satisfying and nutritious breakfast.

Paneer And Salsa Wrap

To make this flavoured wrap, marinate paneer chunks in hung curd with turmeric, red chilli powder, and salt. Grill or pan-fry them until golden brown. For a fresh salsa, mix chopped tomatoes, onions, radishes, spring onions and cucumber with a splash of lemon juice. Wrap everything in a tortilla for a protein-rich, flavourful breakfast.
