Chia Seeds Water

One of the best ways to consume chia seeds is by soaking them in water overnight and consuming them the next morning. To make chia water, soak 1/4 cup (40 grams) of chia seeds in 4 cups (1 litre) of water for 20–30 minutes. To give your drink some flavour, you can add chopped fruit or squeeze in a lemon, or orange to add flavour.

Chia Seeds Pudding

Making chia seed custard is another simple way to eat chia seeds. The night before, make the chia seed pudding by combining the seeds with almond, soy or coconut milk. Sweeten the pudding with honey or maple syrup. Let it sit in the refrigerator for the entire night to solidify into a thick custard. Enjoy the custard after adding berries, almonds and cinnamon on top in the morning!
