Ignoring Diabetes and Hypertension
Diabetes and hypertension are leading causes of chronic kidney disease (CKD). Uncontrolled blood sugar and high blood pressure can damage kidney blood vessels, impairing their function over time. Regular monitoring, medication adherence, and lifestyle changes are crucial in preventing kidney complications from these conditions.

Lack of Physical Activity and Obesity
