Ingredients To Make The Peri-Peri Paneer Sandwich:
Paneer, chopped capsicum, chopped onion, chopped tomato, garlic powder, ginger powder, chopped chillies, salt, black pepper, chili flakes, black salt, cinnamon powder, oregano, sugar, mayonnaise, and bread slices.

Let's Make The Peri-Peri Masala First:
In a bowl, combine red chili powder, salt, sugar, ginger powder, garlic powder, oregano, cinnamon powder, and black salt. Mix well, and set aside.

Steps To Make Peri-Peri Paneer Sandwich:
Take a separate bowl, mix the chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, and mayonnaise together.
Add chili flakes and salt to taste to the mixture.
Add the peri-peri masala and mix everything well.
Cut the paneer into small pieces and add them to the mixture. You can also grate the paneer.
Add some cheese to the mixture.
Take one slice of bread and spread the paneer mixture evenly on it. Place another slice of bread on top to cover the filling.
Grill the paneer sandwich until it is golden brown and crispy.
