Set Your Body's Clock
Maintain a consistent sleep-wake routine every day, especially on weekends, to educate your brain and body for a healthy sleep-wake schedule and to allow you to fall asleep quickly and sleep soundly all night. All you have to do is get out of bed as soon as possible and go outside in the light for around 20 minutes.

Understand What To Consume At Night
One should avoid eating heavy or large meals, especially at night. It overburdens your digestive system, which eventually has a negative impact on your sleeping pattern. So, always eat a little snack before going to bed, such as cereal or anything.

Everyone knows that coffee is one of the greatest drinks for staying awake, and it should be consumed just throughout the day, such as in the morning, but as soon as evening arrives, you must consume it. Not even a trace of it can interfere with a good night's sleep.

Proper Workout
Exercise promotes sleep when done regularly, but not too close to bedtime. Energy from your workout might keep you alert. Perform all of the exercises 3–4 hours before going to bed. Yoga or mild mind-body exercise is also excellent before bedtime.
