Foods To Never Eat With Curd
Onions
If you enjoy eating onion raita, you should consider breaking this practice going forward. Onions cause the body to get heated, whereas curd is naturally cool. This leads to an imbalance in body temperature and can aggravate skin conditions like eczema and acne as well as digestive issues.
Fruits
Mango and curd should never be combined since they might cause the body to become both elderly and hot at the same time. Ingesting this mixture may cause skin problems and the production of toxins in the body.

Tea

Milk and curd is the worst culinary pairing ever. Eating a bowl of curd with plain milk can lead to severe dyspepsia, cramping in the stomach, and other digestive issues. When consumed together, they can also result in gas, acidity, and diarrhoea because they are both sources of animal protein.
Oily Foods
When fried or oily foods are combined with curd, the digestive process is slowed down, which can lead to digestive issues such as bloating or stomach pain. You might also experience daytime vertigo and fatigue as a result of it.
