Fruit Juices For Summer: Summer is already here, and so is our need to fuel ourselves with water and other cold beverages to keep ourselves hydrated and energised. Although water is still the best beverage for staying hydrated, we cannot miss out on refreshing fruit juices. Fruit juices are an excellent option, especially in the hot summer months, as they taste nice and improve health in the heat. Loaded with essential minerals and fibre, fruit juices work wonders in providing summer refreshments. 

Nothing can beat the summer heat except hydrating fruit juices. Fruit juices are a good source of energy and keep you rejuvenated after a long day of work. From seasonal mangoes to litchis, fruit juices keep the stomach full for longer times apart from providing hydration in the summer months. Raw Mango Juice

This famous drink in India is delicious and made uniquely. Also known as  Kairi ka Panna, raw mango juice is made from green (raw) mangoes, especially during the summer season and is usually stored in glass jars. Raw mango juice is usually flavoured with ginger, cumin, and black salt. This juice is unique, strong and refreshing.

Litchi Juice

Litchi is one of the most common summer fruits that is rich in antioxidants and offers a wide range of health benefits. They boost immunity and protect the skin, making it ideal to stay hydrated in the hotter months. It helps improve blood circulation, digestion, immunity and blood pressure regulation. It also slows down the ageing and blemishing of the skin. 

Watermelon Juice

Watermelons, which have a high percentage of water content, offer several health benefits, especially in the summer. This fresh, succulent melon is rich in vitamins and minerals and is a wholesome fruit for the summer season. You can prepare watermelon by grinding pieces of watermelon and adding yogurt, salt and sugar to it for taste. Garnish with a few pieces of watermelon on top.
