Summer is almost here and so is the body odour. Body odour is very common and normal, especially in the hot summer months. Most people experience this even if they take showers everyday. Although the usage of deodorants and antiperspirants offers a temporary solution, the hint of body odour may come back by the end of the day. This happens because you go out in the sun, you sweat, there is dirt and most importantly, you indulge in different kinds of food. Your body odour during the summer months can be prevented by indulging in certain foods.
