At last, she said, "Walking tends to reduce our weight because it burns out all the excess calories, which we take okay, because it is not necessary that we do parties, and we tend to consume more calories as required by our normal BMI because, as per our body needs, we require calories and proteins. So, if we don't introduce daily exercise or walk half an hour of it, we reduce the excess amount of calories and maintain a normal BMI because these days, normally, we see that the BMI is on the higher side only. You can control it to maintain our BMI, which is very important. And for our healthy skin, a healthy, nutritious diet is important. So according to me, a half-hour workout is important in order to be physically active and fit."
