Foods To Not Eat With Curd: Curd is a delicious side dish that makes the foods drool-worthy and heavenly. But combining curd with the wrong foods can have detrimental effects on your health. Curd is a probiotic food and when combined with certain foods can be hazardous for one’s overall health, especially digestion. Combining curd with the wrong foods can have repercussions for skin and overall health. Here is a list of foods you should never combine with your bowl of curd.

1. Fruits

You should never combine fruits such as mango with your curd as it may lead to old and heat in the body simultaneously. Consuming this combination can produce toxins in the body as well as lead to skin issues.

2. Onions

If you love consuming onion raita, you might want to stop this habit from now on. Curd is cool in nature while onions produce heat in the body. This creates an imbalance in body temperatures and may cause skin problems such as acne, eczema and digestion problems also.

3. Oily Foods

When you pair oily or fried foods with curd, this food combination may slow down the digestion process and cause digestive problems such as bloating or stomach pain. It may also make you feel dizzy and lethargic throughout the day.

The worst food combination includes milk and curd. Consuming plain milk with a bowl of curd can cause serious bloating, stomach cramps and other digestive problems. They both are a source of animal protein, which when taken together can cause diarrhoea, acidity and gas as well.

5. Fish

Have you ever thought of eating fish with curd? Fish with curd is one of the most unhealthy food combinations that can cause numerous health problems. One is not supposed to consume dairy products with non-vegetarian foods such as meat, fish or chicken.
