Unhealthy Habits For Eyesight: One of the body's most delicate organs, our eyes require particular maintenance. Because they improve our vision, they play a vital role in maintaining our health. By lowering the risk of blindness, cataracts, glaucoma, and vision loss, protecting this essential sense organ is crucial.

Unintentionally adopting certain unhealthy habits regularly can hurt our eye health and raise our chance of developing eye health issues. Here are some habits that one should avoid to prevent weak vision and poor eyesight.

Using Smartphones

We now belong to a generation that is unable to function at all without using their smartphones. Long-term phone staring can cause dry, itchy, and fatigued eyes as well as blurred vision.

Poor Sleep

You may enhance the general health and vision of your eyes by including potent vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals in your diet. Watching TV

Turning on the TV and binge-watching our favourite series is a frequent behaviour. But we're unaware of the numerous ways in which this behaviour may harm our eye health. Due to light variations, watching television at night in a pitch-black room might strain our eyes and result in impaired vision.

Rubbing Your Eyes

Rubbing your eyes a lot could indicate that you have an allergy, an infection, or any other issues relating to your eyes. We feel the want to touch our eyes when dust particles get inside them. Over time, this habit may have an impact on our eye health. This behaviour can weaken the cornea over time and exacerbate inflammation, which can cause damage to the cornea.
