Ms. Shivani Bajwa, Functional Medicine expert listed five ways women can handle hormonal imbalance during menopause, which starts during the age of 42 to 45.

Physical Activity
If you have not started doing any physical activity then start now, this is something that will keep you upbeat and it will keep all the emotional rush that comes with this menopause era, this will also give you good cardiovascular health. Regular physical activity can help with menopause symptoms such as poor sleep, anxiety, low mood, and fatigue. Great remedy against weight gain as well.

Manage Your Stress
Do things that you like, music, dance, breathing exercise, menopause can affect your mental health, and stress has a direct link to menopause hormone Chronic stress triggers the production of a stress hormone called cortisol. Imbalances in oestrogen mean elevated cortisol levels.
Eat Healthy Fats

Eating adequate healthy fats makes sure the body has the necessary raw materials for hormone production and balance. Also, most healthy fats are rich in quality natural fats if included in your diet may help reduce insulin resistance and also improve your appetite.
You Need Protein
Incorporate more protein-rich foods into your regular diet make sure that the body has a regular supply of amino acids to produce and regulate hormones, having a nutritious diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and protein, and other nutrients, doing regular physical activity may provide relief from menopause, some chances ate more protein had less body fat. Eating protein and fibre-rich food can help balance your hormones.
Good Sleep
Good sleeping patterns will help us keep stress and hunger hormones in check, higher morning levels of stress are due to poor sleep, Sleep is among the one of the most important factors for hormone balance. The effect of less sleep can lead to obesity, insulin resistance, and problems with appetite; if you want to regulate those hormone levels, get regular and undisturbed sleep.
As a menopausal lady hormonal imbalance can significantly impact overall health. Some issues are beyond your control. However, making an informed decision on eating habits and lifestyle changes can help you live a life with a healthy hormonal balance.
