New Delhi | Jagran Lifestyle Desk: New Year is all set to begin within a few hours, it is time to celebrate with our loved ones and make new resolutions to make it a healthier and fulfilling one. However, many of us fail to implement our resolutions for a long period of time and give up after a few months or even weeks. It is because majority of us set the same goals for years, perhaps decades and once you lose enthusiasm, you revert to old habits. It is because sticking to a resolution is not easy.
