How To Control Hair Fall In Summer Naturally?
Here are simple yet effective ways to stop hairfall in summer naturally:
1. Don’t Tie Them Too Tight
Tight braiding pulls at the roots and weakens the follicles in the moist summer climate, especially while sleeping. Try to tie your hair using a loose braid or clip to give it some room to breathe.
2. Oiling
Due to sweating during hot summers, the scalp pores get clogged, preventing hair from getting enough nutrients. So oil your mane just 2 hours before shampooing.
3. Clean And Soft Pillow Covers
Dust and bacteria in dirty pillowcases make hair prone to fallout because they clog the pores of the scalp. Replace pillowcases made of cotton and silk once a week.
4. Cover It
The summer sun and dust particles dry out the scalp and increase fallout. Use beautiful scarves, hats, and UV protectors whenever you go outside.

5. Prioritise Hair Care
People often avoid caring for their hair in the busy summer season. Regular shampoo, opting for mindful hair care habits like brushing and detangling, goes a long way.
6. Say No To Heat Appliances
Blow dryers and other heating appliances dry out hair, increasing the rate of fallout. Avoid using such appliances, or try air drying them.
Each of the above-mentioned tips and tricks will work wonders if you are honest with your hair care routine and are mindful of them. Inculcate these habits in your lifestyle to say Hi to long, luscious and shiny hair and bye-bye to frizzy, burned-looking mane.
