Parsley Tea
Parsley tea is associated with innumerable health benefits. It contains two compounds namely, myristicin and apiole that may influence oestrogen production in the body. This may help in regulating the overall menstrual cycle and stimulating the menstrual flow.

Jaggery

You can consume jaggery by mixing it with warm milk at night. You can also mix jaggery with sesame seeds, carom seeds and turmeric and chew it with a glass of warm water.
