Dr. Ashish Jain, who is an Associate Director and Head of Pulmonology at Max Smart Super Speciality Hospital in Saket, exclusively told Jagran English about the three effective ways to treat nasal congestion.

3 Effective Ways Of Treating Nasal Congestion

Promoting the use of allergen-proof bedding and advocating for regular cleaning routines can minimize allergen exposure.
