International Day Of Girl Child 2024: Observed annually on October 11, the global event of International Day of Girl Child is celebrated to raise awareness of gender disparities and promote the rights of girl children. This special occasion is celebrated to serve as a powerful reminder that despite the numerous challenges, girls achieve their dreams with their full potential. International Day of the Girl Child was established by the United Nations in 2012 and since then has been observed across the globe with varied celebrations yet one goal, promoting the rights of girl child.
