1. Pavanamuktasana
Also known as the Wind-relieving pose, this yoga asana is suitable for all levels and accommodates to fit all needs. It is a healing pose which is effective in releasing gas in the abdomen while massaging the entire back and spine. It also helps in strengthening the muscles and cures constipation, indigestion and acidity.
2. Paschimottanasana
Also known as the Seated forward bend pose, this yoga pose involves intense stretching of both legs and the back of the body. This yoga asana stretches the lower back, hamstrings and hips. It helps in relieving constipation and other digestive problems.
3. Navasana
Navasana or Boat pose is a seated modern yoga pose which helps in stretching your hamstrings, relieving tension, and improving digestion and flexibility. It is a seated asana that acts as a balancing pose in which every limb is required to move towards your core or the centre.
4. Setu Bandhasana
Setu Bandhasana is an inverted back-bending asana which relieves tired back instantaneously. This asana helps in toning the abdominal muscles and gives a good massage to the digestive system. It also enhances the blood flow throughout the body.
