JE Lifestyle Desk: The 21st of June is known as International Yoga Day. It is a collection of activities designed to harmonize the mind, body, and soul. Yoga is huge among celebrities, including Shilpa Shetty and Anushka Sharma, who practice it regularly. In order to prepare for the day, we investigated their motivations for engaging in the workout. Therefore, we've identified a few celebrities below who genuinely take the yoga class too seriously.

Shilpa Shetty is one of Bollywood's fittest and sexiest mothers. Shilpa never misses an opportunity to show off her beauty, and does she look 48? Her fitness objectives extend beyond the bar. She posted this video to her Instagram account, and along with it, she added a caption, which is "Practicing Prasarita Padottanasana Pratirupam stretches the hamstrings, calves, glutes, and lower back. It also improves hip-joint flexibility. Giving the body that much-needed stretch early in the day rejuvenates you. Malaika Arora, Is she even a 49-year-old? You did indeed read that correctly. Malaika, who is 49, never misses her daily yoga session. She even urges her fan base to practice yoga because it has so many advantages for their emotional, physical, and mental health. Malaika recently posted a video of herself practicing yoga, and when she was uploading the video, she wrote a caption too, which is, The pose I am practicing is a variation of a powerful yoga asana, Chakki Chalanasana. This pose tones and strengthens the abdominal muscles, improves digestion, promotes mental clarity, and relieves stress."

She is someone who never misses a single appointment. Anushka was known for beautifully displaying her baby bulge when she was pregnant, whether she was going to checkups, practicing yoga, or performing any number of other activities. Anushka enjoys exercising daily and constantly tries to stay in shape. Anushka was so devoted to yoga that she continued to practice it while she was pregnant, of course under the guidance of her yoga teacher. She also uploaded a video of her practicing yoga, and Virat Kohli also helped her, and the caption is, "As yoga is a big part of my life, my doctor recommended that I can do all such asanas that I was doing before I was pregnant( after a certain stage) barring twists and extreme forward bends, but of course with the appropriate and required support. For the Shirshasana, which I have been doing for many years, I ensured that I used the wall for support and also my very able husband to help me balance, to be extra safe. This was also done under the supervision of my yoga teacher, @eefa_shrof, who was virtually with me through this session. I'm so glad I could continue my practice through my pregnancy."
