Panjiri
Panjiri is a nutritious sweet made with whole wheat flour, ghee and a blend of nuts and dried fruits. To prepare, heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a pan and lightly roast 1 cup of whole wheat flour until golden. Mix in 1/2 cup of chopped nuts and 1/4 cup of raisins.
