Kareena Kapoor Khan, the Bollywood diva has recently shared her secrets to maintaining a healthy lifestyle at the age of 44. In a recent interview with Nod magazine, she revealed her commitment to early dinners and early morning workouts which has become an integral part of her daily routine, especially after the Covid-19 pandemic. Kareena emphasised the importance of consistency in her workout regimen, stating that she doesn't skip her workouts as they not only benefit her physical health but also greatly impact her mental well-being.
By prioritising movement and making it a non-negotiable part of her daily routine, Kareena Kapoor Khan serves as an inspiration to many, showcasing the value of discipline and self-care in achieving overall wellness.

Kareena described her daily routine as 'almost monastic,' revealing that she maintains a strict schedule, having dinner before sunset and going to bed before 10 pm. “Dinner by 6 pm, lights out by 9:30 pm, morning workouts before the world wakes up,” Bebo said to the magazine.

The actress also mentioned that her friends are well aware of her disciplined routine and therefore, never expect her to attend late-night parties. “My friends know not to expect me at parties. And they respect that. They know I’ll be watching Schitt’s Creek on low volume!” she added.

When it comes to her workout routine, Kareena is unwavering, prioritising movement as a non-negotiable part of her daily life as it not only keeps her physically fit but also significantly boosts her mood. "If I don't work out, I'm in a bad mood. Post-COVID, I realised how important fitness is - not for vanity, but for well-being. It's my mood stabiliser, my anchor," the actress said.
"We love cooking together as a family. Saif, the kids, me - we're all in the kitchen. Saif is obsessed with Kerala cuisine. He's always trying out new recipes - idiyappams, coconut-based stews, everything. I need my one proper Indian meal a day. Non-negotiable," Kareena described.
