Warning Signs Of High BP: People of any age can suffer from hypertension, which usually happens when your blood pressure is 140/90 mmHg or above, considered quite high. According to the WHO, 46% of people with hypertension are thought to be ignorant that they have the condition, which is one of the main causes of early mortality worldwide. Being overweight, consuming too much salt, exercising insufficiently, experiencing high levels of stress and maintaining a poor diet are some common reasons for high blood pressure.

Dizziness
A major sign of high blood pressure in the morning could be dizziness. Increased blood pressure can cause the circulatory system's equilibrium to be upset, which can cause dizziness or unsteadiness. If these symptoms persist, people should get help right away from a doctor.

Recurrent Headache
Headaches that come on often are one prominent symptom of morning hypertension. People who have high blood pressure could wake up with a pounding headache because their blood vessels are under more pressure. This symptom indicates the need for routine blood pressure monitoring and acts as an early warning indicator.

Blurry Vision
Morning hypertension has also been linked to blurred vision. Visual abnormalities could result from the blood vessels' increased pressure, which could impact the eyes' fragile blood vessels. Any abrupt changes in vision should be carefully assessed by a medical practitioner to rule out any possible consequences of hypertension.
