PCOS or Polycystic Ovary Syndrome is a condition that some women experience because of hormone imbalances, where the ovaries produce an abnormal amount of androgens, the male s*x hormones that usually exist in small amounts in women.

Exercising is one of the most effective ways to deal with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. It helps in regulating your hormones and lowers the testosterone levels. Women with PCOS experience high levels of insulin resistance, which affects the body’s ability to use blood sugar for energy. Studies have linked lack of exercise and body weight with insulin resistance, therefore you can include physical exercise in your routine to deal with PCOS.
