Here's a step-by-step guide on how to make delicious and simple dry kala chana at home on the last day of Chaitra Navratri:
Soak some kale chane in a bowl overnight, then wash them thoroughly.
Transfer the soaked kala chana to a pressure cooker, adding 2 cups of water and half a teaspoon of salt.
Allow them to cook for 30 minutes. In a separate pan, heat 3–4 teaspoons of oil and add cumin seeds.
Mix in chopped green chilies and ginger, sautéing for about 15 minutes.

Add the boiled chana to the pan and cook for an additional 20 minutes.
