Gharara
A gharara is a classic traditional outfit from Lucknow, typically worn at any special occasion like festivals or weddings. It consists of a short knee-length kurta paired with wide-legged flared pants that are fitted at the waist and flare out dramatically from the knee. Sharara vs Gharara: Major Difference
The key difference between sharara and gharara lies in their pants or shalwar. Ghararas have a structured design with a prominent flare starting from the knee, giving a dramatic look. On the other hand, shararas have a continuous flare from the waist, creating a flowing effect with more fluidity.
