Taali: Sushmita Sen has made an enchanting comeback with yet another outstanding web series ‘Taali’, which is based on the life of transgender activist, Gauri Sawant. ‘Taali’ has been directed by Ravi Jadhav and written by Kshitij Patwardhan and stars Ankur Bhatia, Krutika Deo and Aishwarya Narkar among many others.
The web series 'Taali' is currently streaming on JioCinema for free. Netizens have applauded the actress for her powerful role of Shreegauri Sawant which has left an impactful message. Apart from an incredible plot and powerful dialouges, this web series has garnered much attention due to the fierce looks of Sushmita Sen as Gauri and Ganesh.
Taking to Instagram, Sushmita shared BTS makeup from the web series. She captioned the video as, “A huge shout out to the most talented Stylist @umabiju & her team for the ENTIRE look & authentic feel of #Taali, The research, the details…the fluidity!!! Well done my beautiful lady!” Sushmita expressed her gratitude towards her makeup team and wrote “Gauri aa gayi.”

The show ‘Taali’ is created and produced by Kartk D Nishandar and Arjun Singh Baran. 'Taali' is directed by Ravi Jadhav and written by Kshitij Patwardhan. The biopic is set to shed light on the inspiring life of Shreegauri Sawant and her childhood, transition, and her contribution to revolutionising the transgender movement in India.
