Skipping Breakfast
The main meal of the day is breakfast since it gives the body energy for the remainder of the day. It supplies vital nutrients to support bodily functions and helps restore the body's supply of glucose, which raises energy levels.

Protein is an essential ingredient that supports several bodily processes and wards off illness. Consuming a sufficient number of meals high in protein can decrease cravings, build muscle mass, lower appetite, and speed up metabolism.
Too Much Sugar
Overindulging in sugar, particularly in sugar-filled beverages, may lead to weight gain and other long-term health problems. Excessive blood sugar levels can also cause energy surges and crashes, which can make you feel exhausted and unmotivated.

Too Much Caffeine
