Packed Juices
Packed juices are generally known to contain high amounts of sugar, including natural and added. The presence of excess sugar in packed juices can cause unwanted weight gain, insulin resistance and increased risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes, stroke and others.
Breakfast Cereals
Breakfast cereals such as oats, muesli and others are also pretty high in sugar content. Most breakfast cereals are loaded with sugar and refined grains that can cause a spike in blood sugar levels. Therefore, always be mindful while making choices for your breakfast cereals.

Protein Bars

Although protein bars provide a quick and convenient source of protein and calories. They are a fulfilling alternative to unhealthy chocolates but they contain large amounts of sugar that can hamper your health.
Energy Drinks
According to the National Institute of Health (NIH), energy drinks usually contain large amounts of sugar ranging from 21 g to 34 g per oz. The sugar content is mainly in the form of sucrose, glucose or high fructose corn syrup. Therefore, high-energy drink intake may increase the risk of obesity and type 2 diabetes.
