Urvashi Rautela has made a stunning return to the Cannes Film Festival, gracing the red carpet on Day 1 in a dazzling multi-colored Michael Cinco gown. The actress's vibrant outfit, completed with an oversized tiara and a show-stopping parrot-shaped crystal-embedded clutch has left netizens utterly disappointed. Urvashi Rautela's high-fashion attempt at Cannes sparked intense social media scrutiny. Her look was intended to serve fantasy but fuelled memes and savage one-liners. With the mixed reactions on social media, many criticised her unconventional look. Let's breakdown her complete look which fails to impress.

Urvashi Rautela Cannes 2025 Look

Urvashi Rautela chose a strapless structured gown in vibrant shades of blue, red and yellow. As per the reports, her custom Michael Cinco gown is valued at $4.84 million, surpassing Kim Kardashian's 2022 Met Gala outfit. This exquisite piece is an intricate mosaic of Mexican art, showcasing exceptional design, craftsmanship and cultural inspiration.

The actress elevated her look with a matching tiara and a show-stopping parrot crystal-embedded clutch which stole the spotlight. The clutch, designed by Judith Leiber, boasts a staggering price tag of $5,495 (approximately Rs 4.68 lakh), according to the Instagram page Diet Sabya. Her outfit featured a dramatic long tulle train and a bold, blingy vibe, perfectly complemented by her makeup. The overall look was a blend of colourful gemstones, textures and sparkle. Urvashi playfully cradled the parrot clutch in her arms to add a touch of whimsy to her ensemble but unfortunately earns 'yuck' from the netizens and so it is right to say that even her quirky parrot clutch failed to save her.
