Bitilasana
The Sanskrit term "Bitila" means cow, and "Bitilasana" is an asana that resembles a cow's stance. A traditional yoga pose for beginners is called bitilasana. Start the process in the morning or evening. Start practicing this yoga pose for around 40–50 seconds to get the best effects.

Natarajasana
