Yoga asanas give you a hassle-free, mild, yet effective method for gaining weight. Even though yoga is a gradual process, it works. These positions encourage balance between the mind and body in alongside physical well-being. Savasana
Everybody simply does savasana in their daily lives. In order to perform Savasana, you must lie on your back with your legs apart and keep your hands close to your body but away from your torso.
Relax your entire body, including your face, and take a deep, even breath.

Bhujangasana
To do this basic yoga pose, Bhujangasana. Simply start by lying flat on your stomach with your legs extended and your feet pointed downward.
After taking a deep breath, elevate your chest and abdomen while supporting your entire body weight on your palms while keeping your elbows by your sides.
Ensure that the belly is touching the floor before slowly exhaling and returning to the beginning posture.

Although Chakrasana takes some time, it is currently quite effective. Start doing it by laying on your back, put your hands behind your shoulders next.
Make the best arch you can while slowly raising your body on your hands and feet. Hold the position for however long it feels comfortable for you while focusing on your breathing.
At last, gradually lower your body before taking a short break before the following exercise.

Dhanurasana
Dhanurasana is a yoga pose that stretches your entire body. All you need to do to begin is lie on your stomach with your feet apart.
Next, bend your knees, reach behind you with your hands, grab your ankles, and draw your legs up to your back. At last, elevate your chest and look straight ahead.
Pavanamuktasana
One of the most basic and simple yoga poses, pavanamuktasana. You can perform this pose at any time of day. To do this yoga asanas all you need to do is begin by lying on your back.
Next, raise your upper body until your thighs contact your stomach. Rise your legs, bend your knees, and lift your upper body. Squeeze your knees.
At last, lock your fingers together and maintain this position for 20 to 30 seconds. Breathe rhythmically and let your body out slowly.
