2. Camel Pose
Ustrasana or camel pose is a kneeling back bending pose that helps in strengthening the chest, quadriceps muscles, abdomen and hamstrings muscles. Camel pose is an intermediate-level back-bending yoga posture which strengthens the body and also helps in improving digestion.
