2026 Tata Tiago: The 2026 Tata Tiago has been launched in India with prices starting from Rs 4.69 lakh (ex-showroom). The Tiago is the brand’s most affordable offering in the Indian market. Currently, the first-generation model of the Tiago hatchback is sold in the country, which was introduced in 2016. After a decade, the brand has now launched the facelift model of its popular hatchback. Let’s take a look at the design, features, and engine specifications of the newly launched 2026 Tata Tiago.
2026 Tata Tiago Facelift: Design
The brand has made significant changes to the exterior of the 2026 Tata Tiago to improve its presence in the segment. The 2026 Tiago gets new eyebrow-shaped LED DRLs with a new set of headlights. The hatchback now gets a larger black grille at the front. On the sides, newly added 15-inch alloy wheels are visible, while the rear gets a new taillight setup with three vertical slats on each side and a horizontal line passing above them. The taillight seems to be a connected unit, and the brand’s logo is positioned in the centre. The rear bumper is redesigned, and the tailgate features Tiago badging.

2026 Tata Tiago Facelift: Interior & Features
The 2026 Tata Tiago facelift has received several changes in terms of its interior, too. The 2026 Tata Tiago comes equipped with dual free-floating screens. While one of these screens is used for the instrument cluster, the other one works as the infotainment system. The previous generation model of the hatchback used an LCD setup for the instrument cluster, whereas the brand has equipped the new-generation model with a fully digital instrument cluster. Additionally, the 2026 Tiago facelift also features a redesigned dashboard, revised door pads, a new front centre armrest, dual-tone black and grey fabric upholstery, a redesigned central console finished in gloss black, two wireless charging pads, and more. The cabin also gets redesigned AC vents, rear AC vents, and a two-spoke steering wheel. The 2026 Tata Tiago also comes equipped with 37 connected car features, automatic headlights, cruise control, a direct start system with CNG version, Bluetooth connectivity for the Instrument cluster, and more.

The brand has made its most affordable offering more attractive by enhancing passenger safety. The 2026 Tata Tiago facelift comes equipped with 6 airbags as standard, a 360-degree camera with blind-spot detection, traction control, a reinforced roll cage, electronic stability control with cornering stability control, post-crash SOS, and more.

2026 Tata Tiago Facelift: Engine Specs
While the brand has revised the design and features of the 2026 Tata Tiago facelift, the hatchback is remains unchanged in terms of its powertrain. The 2026 Tiago ICE is powered by the same 1.2-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engine that is capable of generating a peak power and torque output of 86 hp and 113 Nm, respectively. The vehicle continues with a CNG powertrain, offering 75 hp and 96 Nm of torque.
