A new Amrit Bharat train service connecting Muzaffarpur with Charlapalli is set to launch on Sunday, September 28. The Railway Minister is scheduled to flag off the inaugural journey, and special preparations for the event are underway at Muzaffarpur Junction. It is yet to be confirmed whether the minister will be physically present for the flagging-off ceremony or will conduct it via video conferencing.
On Friday, a senior official from the Samastipur Railway Division visited Muzaffarpur Junction to oversee the arrangements. Acting on the orders of the Divisional Railway Manager (DRM), he held a meeting with the station area officer and the RPF Inspector to ensure all preparations for the event are completed on time.
Route And Service Details
The launch of the new 15293/15294 Amrit Bharat Express has been officially confirmed in a letter issued by the Northern Railway Headquarters. The train's route was initially planned to terminate at Hyderabad but has now been extended by 100 kilometers to Charlapalli, a decision approved by the Railway Board.
According to the schedule, the 15294 Charlapalli-Muzaffarpur Amrit Bharat Express will depart from Charlapalli at 5:00 pm. On its journey to Muzaffarpur, the train will travel through major stations including Ramagundam, Nagpur, Itarsi, Jabalpur, PrayagrajChheoki, DeenDayal Upadhyay, Buxar, Ara, Patliputra and Hajipur.
