Fractal Analytics IPO Subscription Status: The initial public offering sale of Fractal Analytics, an AI solutions provider, got fully subscribed on the third and final day of bidding.

The Rs 2,834 crore initial share sale, which was earlier struggling to attract investors for the first two days, subscribed 2.52 times till the time of writing. The IPO = got bids for 4,68,34,560 shares as compared to 1,85,79,360 offered shares till 3:15 PM, according to NSE.

Meanwhile till the above mentioned time, the shares reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) attracted 3.99 times subscription, while the Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) quota got 92 per cent bidding. The shares reserved for non-institutional investors 96 per cent subscription.

Fractal Analytics IPO GMP Today

Amid the subdued bidding, the grey market premium of Fractal Analytics dropped sharply within a week. Currently, Fractal Analytics shares are trading at a discount of Rs 2 in the unofficial market, showing a sign of weak listing. According to Investorgain, a grey market tracker, the IPO's GMP fell from Rs 180 on February 3.

Fractal Analytics IPO Details

The price band was fixed at Rs 857 to Rs 900 per share

Market Valuation: At the top limit of the price band, the value of the company is nearly Rs 15,500 crore.

The Fractal IPO was a combination of fresh shares and an offer for sale. The fresh component contains equity shares worth up to Rs 1,023.5 crore, while it has an Offer For Sale (OFS) of Rs 1,810.4 crore,

Fractal IPO Issue Size: Rs 2,833.9 crore.

Fractal IPO Listing Date: The shares of the company are scheduled to be listed on exchanges on February 16.

Where Would Proceeds Be Used?

Fractal will use the proceeds from the new offering to repay debt at its subsidiary, Fractal USA, purchase laptops, set up new offices in India, invest in research and development, support sales and marketing under Fractal Alpha, fund acquisitions and other strategic initiatives, and for general corporate purposes. As of March 31, 2025, the company served global companies including Microsoft, Apple, Nvidia, Alphabet, Amazon, Meta, and Tesla.
