The shares of small-cap firm Share India Securities Limited escalated over 3.5 per cent in early trade on Thursday after the company announced a board meeting for approval of Q3 results. The board meeting scheduled for January 27 will also take a call on the interim dividend.
The company's share started the session in green at Rs 141.49 per share against last day's closing of Rs 140.40 on NSE. The share extended the gaining momentum amid buying sentiment to surge 3.6 per cent, hitting an intraday high at Rs 145.49.
At around 11:50 am, as the market turned a little volatile, the stock was trading at Rs 142.03, up 1.16 per cent.
Meanwhile, its 52-week high and lows value stood at Rs 271.30 and 127.50, respectively.

In the last five trading sessions, the small-cap stock dipped over 6 per cent, while in a month it fell over 17 per cent. AT the same time, in the last 6 months it slipped nearly 18 per cent, and it fell over 13 per cent year-to-date. However, in the last 5 years the stock nearly 300 per cent.
Board Meeting Scheduled On January 27
In an exchange filing, the company said that the board of directors is scheduled to meet on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. As per the filing, the board members will consider and approve Q3 results and will evaluate the possibility of a third interim dividend for the financial year 2025-2026.
"The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, inter alia, to: 1. Consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025; and 2. Consider and declare the 3rd interim dividend to the shareholders of the Company for the financial year
2025-2026," the exchange filing said.
