IND vs NED T20 World Cup 2026: India's star spinner Kuldeep Yadav will next be seen in action during their group stage match of the ongoing mega event. During the upcoming clash against the Netherlands, which will be held in Ahmedabad on Wednesday, he will be on the verge of becoming the highest wicket-taker as an Indian spinner in the shortest format. Till now, Kuldeep has taken 95 wickets after playing in 54 T20Is. If he takes two more wickets, then he will surpass Yuzvendra Chahal's tally and become the No.1 spinner in T20Is.
Chahal, who was a part of India's 2024 T20 World Cup-winning team, has taken 96 wickets after playing in 80 T20Is till now.
Apart from Chahal and Kuldeep, the other Indian spinners who have taken the most wickets in the shortest format are R Ashwin, Axar Patel, and Varun Chakravarthy.
