IND vs NZ, 3rd Test: India's star fast bowler Akash Deep gave the team the much-needed start on the first day of the third Test match against New Zealand by taking the wicket of Devon Conway with the help of an LBW in Mumbai on Friday.

The dismissal happened during the second ball of the second over of the first innings. Akash Deep bowled a fuller delivery around the wicket as the ball went towards the off-pitch and had beaten Conway's inside edge and hit him on the back leg in front of the stumps.

The on-field umpire gave the decision of out but Conway took the review after having a word with skipper Tom Latham. In the replay, it was seen that there were three reds and that's how Akash Deep gave the Men in Blue their first wicket.
