New 'Single-Window System' For Recruitment

To make the selection process transparent, integrated, and faster, the new recruitment is being conducted under a centralised selection system.

Process: All appointments will be made through a single-window system, chaired by the Dean of Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC).

Previous System: Previously, individual hospitals conducted their own interviews, which led to delays and inconsistencies in selection.

Benefits: The new system will improve coordination and reduce administrative hurdles.

A senior official from the health department claimed, "This is the most significant step towards strengthening Delhi's health infrastructure. This recruitment drive was essential to ensure that services in hospitals can run smoothly and continuously."
