An encounter broke out between the police and criminals in the Narela area of Delhi late Wednesday night. During the confrontation, the criminals fired three rounds at the police personnel, prompting the police to fire back in retaliation.

As a result of the police gunfire, the accused were injured, leading to the apprehension of both wanted individuals.

According to the police, both criminals sustained gunshot wounds to their legs. The police recovered two pistols, two mobile phones, and a motorcycle from the scene. Additionally, five empty cartridges were seized.

Accused Identification

The injured accused have been identified as Afzal (alias Imran) and Chandan (alias Kaku), both residents of Narela. Authorities stated that both individuals are involved in multiple criminal cases.
