Faridabad: PWD Prepares To Remove Illegal Structures Blocking Mohna Road Elevated Road

The Public Works Department (PWD) in Faridabad is preparing to demolish illegal structures obstructing the construction of an elevated road on Mohna Road. Demolitions have already been carried out from Uncha Gaon to Malerna Cut and on Hospital Road.

Faridabad: PWD Prepares To Remove Illegal Structures Blocking Mohna Road Elevated Road

The Public Works Department (PWD) has begun preparations to demolish illegal structures obstructing the construction of an elevated road on Mohna Road in Faridabad. 

The department has already demolished illegal structures from Uncha Gaon to Malerna Cut and on Hospital Road. It is now preparing notices to demolish illegal structures beyond the Gupta Hotel Chowk. These notices will be issued to shopkeepers here shortly.

Providing information on the matter, PWD Sub-Divisional Officer Ravi Indra Singh said that some people have filed a case in the High Court regarding their illegal structures, and responses to these have been sent to the government. 

It was stated that notices will be issued to the shopkeepers soon, so that any shopkeeper who wishes to demolish their illegal structure can do so.
